Preform Solutions, Inc. located in Sioux Falls, SD; is a well-established company that manufactures products for the packaging industry. 

We currently have openings for a full-time Material Handler. This position has a 4-day work week with ability to pick up overtime on other shifts, at times, with management approval. Your contribution is valued--we are a small family-owned business with a team atmosphere. 

Preform Solutions, Inc. is looking for high energy self-motivated and detail-oriented individual that enjoys a fast-paced production environment. The primary task of the Material Handler is to work with raw materials, monitor production lines and move finished goods into inventory.

JOB DUTIES

  • Load and unload raw materials as part of our manufacturing process
  • Move finished goods into inventory using a forklift
  • Conduct regular checks of production process to ensure a high-quality finished product
  • Flexible to work other shifts when short staffed
  • Maintain a clean work environment

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Warehousing, production, or material handling
  • Works well with others and a team player
  • Enjoys fast-pace environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good writing skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Detailed and organized
  • Dedicated, dependable as well as good attendance
  • Forklift Experience
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently

Available Shifts:

Weekday:

  • Monday – Wednesday 7am – 7pm
  • Thursday 7am – 1pm

COMPENSATION

  • This full-time position includes our comprehensive benefit package of Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, and 401k plan. Start earning PTO on day one!
  • We offer a competitive starting wage of $18/hour starting.
  • Shift Differential for Night and Weekend shifts
