Systems Analyst

"Specialize in promptly responding to potential issues within TIERS, utilizing advanced monitoring tools to ensure optimal health and performance. Responsible for the implementation, administration, and maintenance of monitoring systems, delivering crucial insights on TIERS' health and performance to all stakeholders across the organization."

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or technology, or equivalent relevant work experience.

Possesses significant capability in creating manuals, reports, documentation, and other written materials.

Expertly deploy and configure monitoring tools, such as Splunk and Dynatrace, to industry standards, supporting team members and business owners in optimizing TIERS' availability, performance, and health.

Experience integrating cloud technologies with Splunk/Dynatrace and monitoring tools.

Experience using Splunk - configuring alerts, knowledge objects, dashboards and writing complex queries.

Salary: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
