SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Premier Business Support is looking to bring on a Reporting & Data Analyst with the primary responsibility to provide analytical support for the reporting and data management team. The role will specially be called upon to create and maintain reporting subscriptions and dashboards while monitoring and replying to reporting requests from internal and external sources in a time sensitive manner. The right candidate will possess advanced to expert MS Excel skills.

Description of Duties:

• This position is critical to ensure high quality data is available for downstream analytic application, (both internal and external)
• Respond to daily reporting inquiries quickly and accurately
• Conducts continual data integrity checks ensuring reporting data is accurate and complete
• Effectively collaborate with all internal groups to ensure delivery of reporting needs
• Analyze research and respond to client inquiries
• Work on daily timeframe and ability to meet intraday SLAs for reporting

Experience and Skills:

• 
  High School Diploma
• Qualified candidate MUST have advanced to expert MS Excel Skills included v-lookups, sorting, pivot tables, and macros
• Experience with reporting services and large datasets – experience with direct data sources and storage is a plus
• Proficient with all Microsoft Office tools, particularly MS Excel
• SQL experience a plus
• 2-3 years’ experience in working with large data
• Action oriented, high initiative, good problem-solving skills, independent thinker
• Candidate must demonstrate teamwork and collaboration with customer service orientation

Work Schedule: The work week is typically Monday through Friday, with business hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm.
