Currently, out office is hiring a Practice Manager at our clinic in Medford, OR. The ideal candidate will possess experience in managing high functioning dental practices in addition to conveying a positive attitude, good energy and willingness to go with the flow if and when necessary?

Duties/Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of the office to ensure smooth progress.
- Supervise the team and provide constructive feedback.
- Build a work environment that supports a positive culture and effective working relationships among staff, providers, and patients.
- Conduct interviews and complete onboarding checklist for new hires.
- Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors.
- Effectively communicate and develop a strong working relationship with the doctor and promote teamwork through cooperative and professional behaviors.
- Answer and return incoming calls from patients
Requirements
- Proven experience working in a managerial position within a dental practice.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, HR and payroll tools, and dental practice management software.
- Exemplary communication skills with practice connections, internal personnel, and patients.
- High School Diploma
