Premier Community Association Management is seeking a dedicated and experienced Portfolio Community Manager to join our team in Middletown, Delaware. As a leading provider of community association management services, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of homeowner and condominium associations in the Middletown area, serving as the primary point of contact for Board members, residents, and vendors.
  • Provide proactive and responsive communication to Board members and homeowners regarding community issues, inquiries, and updates.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned communities, including budgeting, financial management, vendor management, and enforcement of community rules and regulations.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with community standards and identify maintenance and repair needs.
  • Coordinate and attend Board meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and provide comprehensive meeting minutes and follow-up action items.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and assist with the preparation of annual budgets and reserve studies.
  • Facilitate the bidding process for contracted services, negotiate vendor contracts, and oversee the performance of vendors and contractors.
  • Stay current on industry trends, legislative changes, and best practices in community association management.
  • Foster positive relationships with homeowners, Board members, and community stakeholders to promote a sense of community and trust.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in community association management, property management, or related field.
  • CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) designation preferred, or willingness to obtain within 12 months of hire.
  • Strong knowledge of Delaware community association laws, governing documents, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and community association management software.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
