Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Warranty Administrator to oversee all aspects of our warranty operations. The Warranty Administrator will be responsible for managing warranty claims, analyzing warranty data, implementing improvements to warranty processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the warranty process from customer complaints through the claim and to review.
  • Analyze warranty data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce warranty claims and costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address product quality issues.
  • Work seamlessly with all departments to obtain warranty filing info.
  • Train and educate staff on warranty policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and enforce warranty policies to ensure compliance.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports to management on warranty performance.
  • Handle escalated warranty issues and resolve them promptly.
  • Continuously improve warranty processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred. Professional experience can be substituted.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warranty management software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
