A transition RN fellow is an RN who has, graduated > 1 year ago, a minimum of one (1) year of experience practicing as an RN within the last 24 months, but not within an acute care facility.
The Transition Fellowship Program helps to refine skills and apply experiences - standardized and evidence-based training learned through the practical application of knowledge, enhances knowledge - collaborative learning environment providing the tools, resources and training for successful transition into the acute care setting, and develop professional relationships - mentor and debrief coaching from accomplished individuals helps establish a support network to guide throughout career.
A transition RN fellow is an RN who has, at minimum, one (1) year of experience practicing as an RN.
The transition fellowship is designed to transition RNs who do not currently work in acute care to the hospital setting.
