Provides care for patients across the life span in a manner sensitive to social, cultural diversity. The Registered Nurse manages the nursing care in an interdisciplinary manner, in collaboration with the healthcare team, patient, family, and significant other. Provides care for patients across the life span in a manner sensitive to social and cultural diversity. Integrates the Collaborative Model of Care with a strong focus on patient centered care into daily practice.
- Current Ohio State license as a Registered Nurse required.
- Professional Level CPR required.
- ACLS obtained within 1 year of hire date for all Labor/Delivery/Circulating & Recovery Nurses.
- NRP obtained within 6 months of hire date.
- NRP required for all Pool staff. ACLS preferred for Pool Staff.
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Have strong interpersonal skills.
- Requires critical thinking and prioritization skills.
Salary : $72,800 - $92,200
