Premier Home Health Care Services, Inc. is a leading established Home Health Care Agency. We currently have an opportunity for a Staffing Coordinator in Bronx NY.
Key Functions include:
- Participation in general office administrative operations to ensure business continuity
- Maintain client schedules efficiently and appropriately
- Interact with agency contracts and implement the Contact Strategy Manage client/contract satisfaction with appropriate customer service, communication and follow up
- Supervision and oversight of all branch field paraprofessionals
- Conduct supervisory visits in compliance with NY regulations and specific contract requirements
- Utilize iPad to ensure all required documentation is completed and filed timely · Branch liaison between office members to ensure appropriate communication and smooth work flow
- Assist in the preparation of office operational plan and participate in plan implementation
- Support operations manager with intake coordination tasks from all referral sources
- Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- College degree preferred or equivalent home health care experience of at least two years.
- Proof of COVID 19 vaccination.
- Bilingual English - Spanish required.
- Ability to use computerized systems.
- Satisfactory verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure
