Premier Interior Development, Inc., is in search of a detail-oriented, self-driven, Executive Assistant to the Vice President who is looking to join our growing team.
Duties & Responsibilities Will Include:
Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal team members and external stakeholders. Serve as a liaison between the Vice President and various departments, clients, vendors, and partners.
Effectively manage and prioritize calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate and prepare materials, agendas, and presentations for meetings.
Draft, review, and edit a variety of documents including emails, memos, reports, proposals, and presentations.
Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documents.
Assist in coordinating and tracking progress on construction projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed.
Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and ensure smooth project execution.
Embrace and leverage the latest technologies and software applications to enhance productivity and streamline administrative processes.
Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative solutions to optimize efficiency.
Plan and execute company events, conferences, and seminars. Coordinate logistics, manage invitations, and oversee event setup to ensure successful outcomes.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Assist with Sub-Contractor & Vendor Bid Soliciting
Perform other duties as requested.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
Experience in construction billing and contracts.
Experience as an executive assistant, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in using the latest office productivity software and collaboration tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
High level of creativity and innovation in problem-solving and process improvement.
Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to task completion.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
What We Offer:
55,000 – 65,000 Base Salary (DOE)

50 hours average of work per week should be assumed
