Online Sales Person Needed

Premier Jewelry & Loan is looking to hire a motivated Online Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. They will be able to work independently and use their initiative in this role where no two days are the same. A pleasant attitude, ability to learn, as well as excellent customer service skills are critical. Online sales experience preferred. Any Spanish speaking, electronics, musical instrument, photography or jewelry knowledge are advantageous, but not essential.

We are a HIGH QUALITY, new-style pawn shop that buys, sells and offers collateral loans. We are seeking COMMITTED people with excellent customer service skills, plenty of confidence and initiative. If you want to learn, grow and get rewarded for hard work and dedication you should apply. We close at 4:00pm on Saturdays and 6:00pm on weekdays. Our store is CLOSED on SUNDAYS and HOLIDAYS.

ABOUT THE JOB:

• Full time hours - 5 days each week
• Vacation pay is included

• Helping customers with sales, buying and loaning
• Maintaining a clean and professional shopping environment
• Cleaning items that have been purchased
• Answering phones
• Learning about products so you can value them and manage customer expectations
• Performing opening and closing store procedures
• Negotiating with customers
• Handling cash
• Contributing to an all-round excellent customer shopping experience

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Reliability, punctuality and a happy, energetic personality
• Hardworking with high expectations and attention to detail
• 1 year minimum customer service experience
• Fast learner able to take responsibility and initiative
• Trustworthy with high integrity and personal standards
• Must enjoy interacting with people of all backgrounds and ages - a confident communicator and good listener
• Occasionally required to lift up to 50lb & must be able to stand on your feet for extended periods of time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
