We are looking for an Account Manger to handle multiple accounts. The Account Manger is to oversee business accounts that need attention. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Manage and response to multiple email accounts
Submission of invoicing to clients
Creating expense sheets on construction projects
Organizing files, receipts, and expenses
Creating excel sheets on weekly reporting
Communicate with clients regarding invoices or necessary documentation needed.
Communicate with coworkers on projects or jobs pending
Submission of necessary paperwork for permits and construction
Experience in construction field is a plus but not a requirement
