Scheduled Hours: Monday – Thursday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM OR Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00PM

Requirements
Required Skills:
Ability to lift 50 lbs.- Attention to detail
- Ability to cross-train and learn multiple tasks
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Strong time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Basic inspection skills
Job Requirements:
- Frequent lifting of quilting machines (50 pounds)
- Manage and maintain the FRI and Deep FRI process
- Communication of quality issues with production, purchasing, quality, marketing and engineering
- Auditing of processes
- Working while being on your feet for long periods of time
- Process the daily line rejects and coordinate the scrapping, repair, replacement and crediting of parts.
- Coordinating returned parts in getting them checked and back into inventory or scrapped
- Potential of working with power tools or soldering tools
- Quality inspection of inventory
- Quality inspection of machine performance
- First article inspection reports review
- Other duties as assigned
