Qualifications
- Current RN License and graduation from an APN program and national certification
- Current DEA license
- Strong communication skills both oral and written
- Excellent Customer Service Skills and a Commitment to providing the highest level of patient care

Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Physician Owner, the Nurse Practitioner is responsible for
- Diagnosing and Treating patient conditions
- Ordering tests, including ultrasounds, blood work and mammograms
- Conducting Exams, including well-woman exams
- Accurate and Timely documentation of histories, subjective findings, exams, plans, prescriptions and patient follow-up
- Patient education with each patient encounter, when applicable
- Consulting with the supervising physician, when needed, for complicated case or case outside the scope of practice
- Collaborating with the MDs, Clinical Office Coordinator, Manager, staff and community positively
- Maintaining requirements of licensure and DEA certification
Scope of Work
Be able to see patients every 30 minutes
