The Treasury Manager is responsible for managing cash and related activities, including, but not limited to, cash disbursements, banking relationships and administration, and debt compliance. The successful candidate also will oversee the company’s credit card and employee expense program and the credit management function. The ideal candidate will have strong finance and/or accounting background with excellent operational treasury experience. The Treasury Manager will manage a small team, report to the CFO, and will be able to develop the team as the company grows and expands into other markets.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Manage daily bank operations and funding requirements for accounts payable, tax payments, payroll, and other daily disbursement needs
• Manage banking and financial institution relationships
• Continually develop, implement, maintain, and improve policies and procedures that provide for a high level of control over treasury activities
• Manage line of credit, debt compliance, reporting, related regulatory compliance, and field audits by lenders
• Develop and maintain a cash forecast that provides insight into short-term working capital and long-term cash needs
• Direct the credit management team and oversee the process of providing credit to customers
• Oversee company credit card program, including collections, fees, and related analysis
• Continue to develop a best-of-class treasury and credit team that is right-sized for the business
• Guide the development of enhanced cash forecasting processes and insights
• Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and funds available for acquisition and development to reduce liquidity risk
• Evaluate and implement new bank and/or cash management technologies, products, and services to improve the cash cycle and streamline operations
• Manage foreign exchange requirements and related programs and strategies, especially as the company expands outside the U.S.
• Partner with other Finance and Accounting teams to support the department’s needs
• Perform other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10-12 years of experience in finance and/or accounting, preferably with a global company
• 5-7 years of experience in treasury and cash management
• Experience building and leading a team
• Experience with a public company with knowledge of best practices in cash forecasting, risk management, and internal controls is preferred
• Strong understanding of Treasury services including but not limited to Wire, ACH, Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), Positive Pay, ACH Positive Pay, and Reporting
• Strong knowledge of bank credit provisions and capital markets
• Experience managing banking relationships, debt compliance, and reporting
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
• Advanced experience in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills
