CLINICAL SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Summary:
As a Clinical Supervisor at Premier Pain Solutions, you will manage the coordination, supervision, and
implementation of supportive services for our patients in a safe, cost-effective manner. The Clinical
Supervisor will oversee the care team and provide education and training related to clinical practice, and
regulation. As a Clinical Supervisor at PPS, you will serve as the driver of our care team to ensure every
patient receives the highest quality care
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise job performance of Medical Assistants and Medical Receptionists and compliance with patient's plan of care.
Record patients' medical history, vital statistics, or information such as test results in EMR system.
Participate in training on various topics such as HIPAA compliance, treatment planning, co-occurring disorders, and crisis management.
Formulate policy options, as well as access, analyze, and present issues to senior staff policy makers.
Complete necessary documentation in accordance with HIPPA policies.
Coordinate communication between clinical staff/patients /caregivers/referral sources and physicians, while maintaining HIPAA guidelines.
Work collaboratively with administration to develop policies and procedures that meet company standards.
Create a turnover prevention program policy and procedures that foster structure, improve morale, and enforce accountability in a previously unstructured environment.
Support third-party auditor, conduct mock audits for preparation, and provide regulatory oversight.
Serve as clinical leader to facilitate day-to-day clinical management and care coordination of patients’ care
Qualifications and Skills:
Certified Medical Assistant
Three or more years’ experience in a clinic environment
Two or more years of management experience
