JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Ensure the company operates in compliance with regulatory, customers and company procedures and instructions.
- Engage proactively with operations to promote and develop good quality practices and disciplines.
- Measure and monitor the company’s quality performance.
- Facilitate and support external audits of the company by regulatory authorities and customers.
- Undertake internal audits and investigations and deliver training on quality issues.
- Amend company quality and procedure manuals to comply with regulatory authority approvals
- Ensures proper implementation, maintenance, and ongoing effectiveness of AEI’s ISO Certified Quality Management System (QMS) under the AS9100 Standard
- Conducts Internal Audits to ensure compliance to Quality Management System requirements
- Responsible for raw material sampling verifications, calibration records, and supplier audits
- Implement methods to inspect, test, and evaluate products and production equipment
- Should be experienced with bore gauges, calipers and micrometers
- Must be able to reach schematics and blueprints
- Must be able to read and comprehend instructions in English
