About This Position
Project Managers are the vital administrative link between our sales staff, on behalf of their customers, and our internal production teams. You will take ownership of new projects and be responsible for assuring they enter the production stream correctly. You will be the key contact person while your projects flow through every stage of production until delivered. This position requires a detail oriented person with excellent organizational and communication skills. If you have no prior experience you will enter a training program of up to 90 days.

Project Manager Responsibilities
- Checks and confirms all information provided for a project including specifications, cost estimates, requested completion dates, and delivery instructions
- Creates job tickets and provides instructions to our production departments in concise, easy-to-understand terms
- Strives to be a problem solver and provides solutions for unique challenges
- Communicates with sales staff regarding projects in a timely manner
- Participates within a close knit, energetic team as a key contributor
- Multi-tasks while maintaining extreme attention to detail and high quality control
- Meets fast-paced deadlines by working both independently and cooperatively as part of a team
Job Qualification criteria:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent (required)
- Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Possesses skills to prioritize, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Is an energetic self-starter who is driven to succeed and possesses a positive professional attitude
- Having prior experience for this position is a plus, but will gladly train
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills. This includes basic knowledge of sentence structure and content including word meaning, rules of composition and grammar
- Possesses high level of computer proficiency. Software familiarity should include MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Chrome, Adobe Acrobat. Position requires learning and using various modules within our Management Information System
