What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Office Coordinator position at Premier Properties & Rentals, LLC?

Premier Properties & Rentals is searching for an experienced Front Office Coordinator who's primary role is to represent our company in a professional and organized manner. The Front Office Coordinator will help with the day to day activities with our customers and properties.

  • Answering Phones
  • Scheduling Showings
  • Guiding Prospects on filling out applications
  • Receives payments from tenants
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Maintaining utilities with properties
  • Report all tenant related issues to property manager
  • Monitor tenant accounts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Benefits:

  • Paid time off

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Jonesboro, AR 72401: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Clerical: 1 year (Preferred)
