Premier Properties & Rentals is searching for an experienced Front Office Coordinator who's primary role is to represent our company in a professional and organized manner. The Front Office Coordinator will help with the day to day activities with our customers and properties.
- Answering Phones
- Scheduling Showings
- Guiding Prospects on filling out applications
- Receives payments from tenants
- Ordering office supplies
- Maintaining utilities with properties
- Report all tenant related issues to property manager
- Monitor tenant accounts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
