The receptionist is responsible for interacting with and building positive relationships with customers. S/he shall check the customers ID and check them in before they enter the budroom. S/he is also responsible for answer phone calls and being able to answer any question asked about products/marijuana in general. S/he is lastly responsible for keeping track of online orders, notifying budtenders when curbside pickups arrive, and making sure online orders are fulfilled in a timely manner. Ideally, the Patient Advisor will also be computer literate and able to use POS equipment and software.
A weigher is responsible for packaging marujiana flower into mylar bags to be labeled and sold to customers. S/he must follow all CRA guidelines, using gloves and a scale to weigh bulk product into bags at the exact weight that the product will be sold as. S/he is expected to have fast work pace and the ability to assist in ensuring enough product is weighed up to keep up with demand.
-Maintains quality customer service by establishing and enforcing company standards and handling customer inquiries and complaints

-Greets all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner
-Manages inbound phone inquiries and routes calls accordingly
