Premier Roofing is the leading source of roof replacements in central NY. We are a tight-knit, but quickly growing company, with a strong focus on customer service. In the Office Assistant position, you will be working closely with a passionate group of individuals in our Sidney, NY office, answering calls and performing other in-office tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about our services
  • Scheduling appointments and communicating with the team
  • Recording and managing customer data in our CRM
  • General administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong phone presence and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
