PREMIER THERAPY, an award-winning, privately-owned therapy services provider with over 20 years' experience in senior living communities is looking for an exceptional Occupational Therapy Assistant to work full-time at our partner's skilled nursing facility in Cortland, NY. Compensation up to $30/hour (depending on skills, abilities and experience) with great full-time benefits to include 20 days of PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) employee participation after 90 days, free CEU's and more.
Your typical day may include, but is not limited to:
- Therapy team and interdisciplinary team collaboration.
- Family education.
- Facility in services and education.
- Attend care planning conferences.
- Perform home assessments to prepare for safe discharge.
