JOB DETAILS
Responsible for performing daily maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of Premiere’s PRT in the shop, and as needed in the field.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain advanced knowledge of all PRT equipment
- Responsible for working on all types of equipment associated with Premiere PRTs
- Responsible for ensuring preventive maintenance is performed and complete all work orders
- Responsible for pre-job testing, preparation, all documentation
- Responsible for repairs of diesel, and hydraulic systems associated with PRT
- Require daily use of many tools ranging from, forklifts, overhead cranes, jib cranes, basic hand tools, etc.
- Keep work area safe and in a clean manner
- Able to operator hydraulic power units with operating pressures in upwards of 3,000 psi
- Test equipment up to 75,000 ft lbs. of torque to handle loads safely on tong test stand
- Test functionality and performance of PRT and Units in unison
- Will have communications with Premiere engineers and research and development teams
- Identify and Repair damages, broken parts, leaks, in a timely manner to cycle back to service line
- Suggest improvements to equipment issues
- Maintain inventory and certifications for all equipment * Provide training to other team members
- Inspect parts for compliance to engineering drawings
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment on job sites; able to travel (including overseas) as necessary
- Comply with all equipment protocols
- Attend company compliance classes needed for safety certifications and safety meetings
- Adhere to and ensure compliance of all Company policies, rules, procedures, and housekeeping standards
- Perform other related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIRED SKILLS
- High school diploma (or equivalent); or equivalent experience
- Must pass Level 1 - Handling Tools testing * Must pass Level 2 - PRT testing
Must comply with all Premiere's medical, drug/alcohol, safety programs, and/or rules
- Knowledge of gasoline and diesel engines
- Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems on Premiere equipment
- Good Record keeping skills, math skills, and accurate measurement capability
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Strong time management and problem solving skills, self-directed, and ability to work unsupervised
- Willingness to undergo training to increase and/or enhance skill sets
WORK ENVIORNMENT
- Works in shop setting
- May be on location exposed to the elements for extended periods of time
- Job may require overtime hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
