We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes. Your role will involve assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring the overall well-being of our clients.

```Responsibilities:```
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective care plans
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain confidentiality of client information

```Requirements:```
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in a nursing home setting is preferred
- Valid certification as a Home Health Aide or completion of a recognized training program
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic healthcare procedures
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Compassionate nature and genuine desire to help others
- Reliable transportation to travel between client homes

Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour
