Order Fulfillment Coordinator

Premium Health is now recruiting for empathetic, motivated and self-starting individual to join our RX Fulfillment Team.

We’re a fun team with serious drive and are looking for someone to dive in and join the hustle. We want to address chronic obesity through our comprehensive GLP-1 weight loss program. Obesity affects over 50% of adults and is tightly correlated to many other chronic conditions. What You’ll Do:

• Accurately process and fulfill prescriptions under the supervision of healthcare providers and management.
• Act as a liaison between members, healthcare providers, and pharmacies, ensuring seamless service and care.
• Manage and resolve complex inquiries via phone or electronic messages, delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
• Handle prior authorization requests and coordinate with insurance carriers to ensure timely patient care.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in our advanced admin systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with team members in a dynamic, fast-paced call center environment, maintaining high standards of professionalism and efficiency.

Who We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with an active Pharmacy Technician Certification or similar qualifications.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmacy operations, medical assistance, or nursing (LPN/LVN) preferred.
• Proven track record in a call center or customer service environment, with healthcare experience preferred.
• Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Adept in multitasking and working with complex information systems.
• Strong commitment to patient privacy and ethical conduct.

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
