Business Insights Data Analyst

Premium Parking is a high growth company creating the industry-leading full stack parking management solution. We are a technology-driven group of individuals, utilizing multifaceted data and our own custom-built platform to discover new opportunities in the parking industry. We maximize cap rates for our clients while providing an exceptional customer experience. The Data Analytics and Insights team plays a pivotal role in advancing the company’s aggressive growth and innovation strategy.

As the Business Insights Data Analyst with Premium Parking, you will play an integral role in developing critical reporting, deriving valuable insights, and driving the analytics vision. You will report directly to the Lead Business Analyst and have frequent interactions with the executive team. You will have the opportunity to utilize your own insights and strategy to grow your career while advancing the company’s vision.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college or university in the fields of business, economics, information technology, or other quantitative discipline.
• A quantitative mindset with proven success through coursework and/or work experience.
• The ability to understand the “big picture,” and make decisions utilizing both quantitative data, and qualitative knowledge.
• The ability to work well both independently (self-starter) and as a member of a team.
• The ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
• Comfortable managing multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented with the ability to check your own work and correct errors.
• A quick learner with an open mind and thirst for knowledge.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and making decisions independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Windows 10.

The following skills and experience are great to have, but not required:

• Internship or 1-2 years work experience in a data analytics, financial reporting, or other quantitative field.
• Experience developing reporting solutions for senior management and providing insights/suggestions for strategic business decisions.
• Experience with dashboarding solutions (Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, etc.)
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure. Knowledge of relational database architecture and design. Experience writing queries and building views in SQL Server.
• Experience with a scripting language (Python, R, etc.)
