Hydroblasting is a general labor role that can be both challenging and dirty and requires you to work in difficult positions for extended periods of time. Hydroblasting requires you to be willing to travel and be open to learning new skills. General Laborer Requirements:

  • Ability to work long hours (most weekends off)
  • Ability to travel frequently (Transportation, Hotel, and Per Diem provided)
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces and lift 50 lbs.
  • Reliable and flexible personality
  • Ability to learn and comply with safety requirements
  • Valid Driver’s License

Benefits
Premium Plant Services has a competitve benefits package, paying 100% of employee premiums for Health and Dental insurance, 6% 401K matching, along with competitive pay. Starting wage is $22-25 /hr. Industry experience, CDL, military background, or leadership experience offer higher potential starting wage.
