Job Posting for Preschool Dance Instructor at Prep Academy Dance Studio, LLC
We are seeking aPreschool Dance Instructor at Prep Academy Dance Studio, LLC must be passionate about teaching students ages 2-5 years old dance and enhancing the studio’s philosophy and mission. You will be responsible for teaching and training a dynamic group of students in a range of techniques and dance styles, ensuring that all students are engaged, motivated, and inspired to achieve their goals in their chosen area of dance. Proven experience as a dance instructor in the specific discipline/s of the dance studio is strongly desired although not required.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to teach using various dance styles
- Develop dance curriculums and prepare lesson plans, lesson plans
- Ability to communicate with a diverse group of teachers and students.
- Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals.
- Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Choreograph routines and select music for recitals and events.
- Conduct group and private lessons as required. This may also include birthday parties.
- Provide a fun and creative environment.
- Keep up to date in your discipline and implement any changes to the dance routines and curriculum as needed.
- Perform opening and closing duties.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
