Responsibilities

Summary:The Presbyterian Vascular Surgery program is seeking a BC/BE Vascular Surgeon to join a dynamic and multidisciplinary surgery group of three other surgeons. 

 

Practice Highlights:

  • Access to two hybrid OR suites and one in the cath lab
  • Dedicated Vascular OR team with daily block time
  • Each week surgeons can expect two days in the clinic and three days in the OR
  • Team consists of three collegial surgeons with a wide range of experience with the opportunity for mentorship if desired
  • Full spectrum of procedures (endovascular, open and hybrid repairs) including:
    • Carotid disease, thoracic, abdominal, peripheral, mesenteric aneurysms, lower extremity arterial and venous disease
    • Dialysis access creation and maintenance
  • 1:4 Call
  • Dedicated group of four vascular surgery APCs that take call with the surgeon
  • Established referral network with a tremendous regional referral area
  • Incoming surgeon should expect to have a full panel of patients from day one

Credentials RequiredMD/DO Board Eligible or Certified in Vascular Medicine. New Mexico Medical License
