You#ll make a positive impact on the lives of older adults every day.# The Housekeeping / Dining Services Aide is a blended role which includes environmental services / housekeeping as its primary role, with support for dining services, lifestyle engagement / activities, and nursing services to meet the needs and safety of residents.

The position collaborates with other team / household members to ensure a person-centered culture in meeting the needs and desires of residents and others.

• Our Housekeeping / Dining Services Aides are required to : Identify and suggest innovative approaches and participates in implementing performance improvement opportunities;
• Maintain compliance with Presbyterian SeniorCare Network policy and procedure in accordance with governing laws, regulations, regulatory agencies, accreditation bodies and facility standards;
• Demonstrate individual and team behavior that supports the person-centered philosophies of Presbyterian SeniorCare Network;
