The Director of Pastoral Care directs the development, implementation, and oversight of a comprehensive pastoral care program.  The role is responsible for maintaining the policies, procedures, and programming for the assigned campus of Presbyterian SeniorCare Network.

What we are looking for:

We need a proven leader who will help our residents by supporting their daily living needs and developing trusting, caring relationships. Our Pastoral Care Directors are required to:

• Have a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university and 4 years of relevant experience;
• Be an ordained teacher or elder in good standing in their respective denomination and ecclesiastical judicatory; 
• Provide supervision and training of Pittsburgh Theological Seminary students in completion of field education requirements;
• Have working knowledge of Internet Software, Spreadsheet Software, and Word Processing Software.  

A Master's of Divinity degree is preferred.
