What are the responsibilities and job description for the Peer Tutor Student Worker position at Presentation College?
General Purpose
To provide supplemental instruction or support for PC students.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Provide tutoring support on an as needed basis.
- Maintain quiet study environment in the CLC.
- Ensure accuracy of Acculite records (Aberdeen Campus).
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Training
Peer Tutors must earn and maintain a 3.0 GPA and provide faculty recommendation.
Knowledge and Experience
Peer tutors must be knowledgeable in multiple academic areas.

Working Conditions
- Standard office environment
- Semester long schedule based on availability
- Some evening and weekend shifts
- Average 10 hours per week (some exceptions)
