Help us help customers manage their subscriptions. You’ll be answering phone calls from the comfort of your home. You’ll need a reliable internet connection, a newer model computer, a headset, and a dedicated, quiet workspace where you can train and work without interruptions.
You will be assisting customers with filing complaints, billing inquiries, and fulfillment issues. Our ideal applicant is very comfortable in a high-call volume environment and ready to stay busy!

Job Requirements:
- Required availability includes start times as early as 7 AM and ending at 4 PM.
- Reliable internet connection (A minimum of 50 Mbps download speed).
- PC or Laptop with at least Windows 8 or High Sierra IOS.
- A dedicated, quiet workspace.
- Excellent reading/writing skills.
- Ability to work 32 hours per week, minimum.
- Ability to work at least one weekend day per week.
- Solid PC skills. (data entry, systems navigation, basic troubleshooting, etc.)
- Must live in Wyoming or Kansas

- Permanent position.

- Training will be done remotely via ZOOM.
- Training is paid.
- You will be paid weekly via direct deposit.
