Prestage Farms is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Livestock/Barn Employees. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily care and management of livestock in our barn facilities. Your main duties will include feeding, watering, observing animal health and behavior, cleaning and maintaining barns, and ensuring the overall welfare and wellbeing of the animals.
Successful candidates will have a genuine passion for animal care, be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, and possess strong attention to detail. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
- High school diploma or experience equivalent to
- Experience working with livestock or in a farm setting is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Reliable and punctual
