Construction & Apartment Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized construction and maintenance technician to join our growing team. In this position, your prominent role will be to perform work on custom homes and remodel jobsites as well as work at a small apartment portfolio.

No experience needed! Just need to have high personal character and be hard working.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Custom Homes and Remodels
• Perform misc. work on custom home and remodel jobsites . This consists of carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, touch ups, landscaping, etc.
• These responsibilities are not meant to be all inclusive

• Rental Portfolio
• Perform misc. work on a small apartment portfolio
• Perform apartment turnovers
• Perform snow removal
• These responsibilities are not meant to be all inclusive

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Accurate and precise attention to detail
• High level of quality control
• Goal-oriented
• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
• Self-motivated and self-directed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay

Experience:

• Construction & Extraction Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
