As a CNA at Prestige , you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care and assistance to our residents while maintaining a supportive and nurturing environment. The CNA follows daily activities under the direction of a Licensed Nurse and works together with fellow team members to provide residents with a high-quality care experience.
Needed Education & Experience to be a CNA at Prestige:
- An active CNA license in the state you wish to practice
- A high school diploma or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively, in English, with residents, visitors, and staff.

Avenue, our rehabilitative programs range from short-term, transitional care
that bridges the gap between hospital and home to long-term placement for those
unable to effectively manage in a more independent environment. All programs
utilize a comprehensive assessment process and interdisciplinary approach to
help residents achieve the highest possible level of independence and quality
of life.
The inter-disciplinary team of physicians, nurses,
therapists, social workers and healthcare technicians are experts in providing
a full range of services. We can adapt these services to each patient and their
personal circumstances. Our dedicated staff and providers help to measure
recovery journeys every step of the way to make sure you or your loved one is
receiving the right level of care, and to assist in helping individuals return
home with an active, independent lifestyle

Summary of Benefits
