Hours: Monday - Friday
Full Wage Range: $70k - $95k DOE and experience with Prestige

POSITION SUMMARY

The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist develops and implements strategic sourcing solutions for the company and provides specialized sourcing of entry to mid-level licensed healthcare professionals. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist partners with the Talent Acquisition department to generate qualified/ interested/available (QIA) candidate pipelines to fill critical vacancies.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identifies, develops, and implements specialized talent sourcing programs to address unique recruiting needs and to increase candidate volume and pipeline development.
  • Engages active and passive job candidates by utilizing intermediate and advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Collaborates with the Talent Acquisition department to identify priority positions and focuses sourcing efforts based on these priorities.
  • Manages the candidate assessment process by reviewing resumes, verifying license and certifications, and analyzing candidates’ qualifications and level of experience against job position requirements.
  • Identifies potential QIA candidates and forwards candidate information to the appropriate member of Talent Acquisition department or directly to the hiring manager at the center or community.
  • Posts high priority positions on specialized job sites outside of the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Anticipates future hiring needs and develops passive QIA candidate pipelines through name generation, networking, complex internet searches, and research.
  • Develops and sends inbound messaging to passive and active candidates.
  • Proactively researches, identifies, evaluates, and implements new sourcing and research ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Collaborates with the marketing department to promote Prestige’s employer value proposition (EVP) at the company level and for individual Prestige communities and centers. Builds awareness of Prestige Care’s employment brand, career opportunities, and benefits.
  • Maintains tracking of communication with candidates and potential candidates.
  • Manages, tracks, and reports on key recruitment matrices and records data in appropriate platforms.
  • Provides exemplary customer service by responding to candidate and team member inquiries timely and provides a positive candidate experience in all interactions from initial contact to the first day.
  • Maintains professional knowledge of recruiting trends and best practices. Practices technical and professional self-development including staying informed on employment laws, EEOC, OFCCP, and applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of two (2) years of multi-site talent acquisition/recruiting experience with intermediate sourcing experience required.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated success finding and recruiting passive candidates.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Prior experience with an Applicant Tracking System, LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRM is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.


EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, marketing, public relations, or a related field, or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience.

PTO:
SNF/AL/PCI Salary: Accrue PTO at rate of 0.0615/hour during their first year/16 days.
SNF/PCI Hourly: Full-time and Part-Time team members (over 20 hours/week) accrue PTO at rate of 0.0423/hour during their first year.
