Position Description:
Assist the Payroll Department in delivering the highest level of accuracy and customer service that our clients expect.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Payroll Specialists
- Payroll processing quality control
- Finalize payroll checks and reports
- Additional report requests (Client and Employee)
- Transit reconciliation
- Year End Report requests (YTD reports, W-2 reprints, etc.)
- Liaise with Payroll Distribution
- Prepare payroll checks and reports for distribution
- Backup Distribution Coordinator as needed
- Assist with Payroll data entry
- Employee information (i.e. names, addresses, job titles, etc.)
- Review New Hires
- Time Off accruals (i.e. vacation pay, sick pay, personal pay, etc.)
- Direct Deposit information
- Assist with additional payroll department tasks
- Weekly audit of ACH vs live garnishment checks and ensure they are mailed timely
- Manage the New Hire and Employee Changes inboxes and create ClientSpace cases as needed
Experience:
Entry Level, will train.

Salary : $49,900 - $63,100
