Position Description:
Assist the Payroll Department in delivering the highest level of accuracy and customer service that our clients expect.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Payroll Specialists
    • Payroll processing quality control
    • Finalize payroll checks and reports
    • Additional report requests (Client and Employee)
    • Transit reconciliation
    • Year End Report requests (YTD reports, W-2 reprints, etc.)
       
  • Liaise with Payroll Distribution
    • Prepare payroll checks and reports for distribution
    • Backup Distribution Coordinator as needed
       
  • Assist with Payroll data entry
    • Employee information (i.e. names, addresses, job titles, etc.)
    • Review New Hires
    • Time Off accruals (i.e. vacation pay, sick pay, personal pay, etc.)
    • Direct Deposit information
       
  • Assist with additional payroll department tasks
    • Weekly audit of ACH vs live garnishment checks and ensure they are mailed timely
    • Manage the New Hire and Employee Changes inboxes and create ClientSpace cases as needed

Experience:
Entry Level, will train.

  • Strong organization skills
  • Strong oral communication skills

Salary : $49,900 - $63,100
