General Summary of Duties:

The Clinic Manager at Prestige Family Medicine will be at the helm of managing our clinic's daily operations, aligning with federal, state, and local standards. Reporting directly to the Owner, you will be pivotal in implementing policies, supervising staff, and ensuring the seamless delivery of healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the clinic's day-to-day functions, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures to optimize operations.
• Conduct staff performance evaluations and manage team development.
• Act as a liaison between patients, staff, and external agencies, maintaining high standards of communication and service.
• Oversee the clinic's budget, financial planning, and resource allocation.
• Lead recruitment efforts, including interviewing, hiring, and training clinic personnel.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Health or Business Administration preferred; significant relevant experience may substitute for education.
• 3-5 years of management experience in a healthcare setting.
• Proficient in fiscal and human resource management, with a strong understanding of medical billing and budgeting.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication abilities and a talent for fostering positive relationships.
