Prestige proudly hosts registered dietitians, posture specialists, licensed massage therapists, master trainers, and lifestyle coaches all under one roof. We believe in letting each professional do their part in helping each client ultimately succeed in a safe and effective manner.
The Training Director is responsible for the following duties:
- Hire, onboard, and maintain a diverse, industry competitive team across all departments
- Educate trainers and organize inhouse teaching opportunities
- Regularly evaluate trainer performances and perform monthly team check ins
- Coordinate and organize team activities
- Strong sales background
- Serve as the face of the business and point of contact for all clients (ensure services are exemplary, contact inactive clients, handle scheduling needs, answer any facility questions, etc.)
- Handle operation’s budget and track club expenses
- Manage social media accounts
- Maintain a clean facility during daily business hours (laundry, general tidiness, cleaning solution, etc.)

Education:
- Be certified through a nationally accredited fitness organization
- Prefer (CES) Corrective Exercise Certifications
- AED Certified/CPR Certified
- Prefer College Degree
Skill Sets:
- 3 years in an administrative role
- Experience as a personal trainer/fitness industry professional
- Extremely organized and comfortable building systems
- Flexible and able to navigate challenges quickly
- Conflict management
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Passion for customer service
