Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pet Bather to join our team. As a Pet Bather, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and grooming services to our furry clients. This is a physically demanding role that requires a strong love for animals and the ability to handle them with care.
Duties:
- Bathe, brush, and groom pets according to client specifications
- Assist with restraining animals during grooming procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of grooming area
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns or questions
- Monitor the health and well-being of pets during grooming sessions
- Follow safety protocols to ensure the well-being of both pets and staff
- Assist with other tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in pet care or grooming is preferred
- Knowledge of animal behavior and handling techniques
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods of time
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Passion for working with animals and providing them with the best care possible
