Parts Team Lead

The Parts Team Lead coordinates activities to maintain and raise the level of customer satisfaction in the Service Network. The candidate will manage and grow long-term customer relationships while increasing sales. They will also support service operations, inventory accuracy, and provide parts delivery information.

Core Responsibilities:

• Support internal and external requests for parts needs including parts orders, return, credits, and debits
• Resolve any overage, shortage, or billing/ ordering discrepancy
• Provide response for quotation requests, back order problems, and expedite as required
• Communicate inventory issues when appropriate
• Participate in job related training
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Receive documents and shipments from branches, outside vendors, or the factory
• Locate and ship parts from branch inventory and prepare shipments to customer
• Package parts and accessories for shipment to the appropriate destination
• Assist parts sales specialists in the processing of orders and back orders
• Safeguard organizational and customer information confidentially
• Respect the policies, rules, and values of Prevost
• Foster teamwork and improved communications
• Develop personal and professional skills
• Act as a worthy representative of Prevost

Required Competencies:

• Basic computer knowledge of MS office products, especially in spreadsheet applications
• Automotive experience is a plus
• Solid technical parts experience
• Open and positive attitude
• Excellent Customer focus
• Communicate efficiently
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing customer demands
• Proven ability to work cohesively in a team
• Other languages like French, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, etc. is a plus

Minimum Education Required:

• High School diploma or GED
