Position Overview: We are currently seeking skilled Machine Operators to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for the efficient operation of our warehouse and distribution center. The ideal candidates will be experienced in operating cherry pickers, reach trucks, and forklifts, ensuring the smooth and safe handling of materials and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate cherry pickers, reach trucks, and forklifts with precision and safety.
  • Ensure materials and products are moved efficiently throughout the facility to support various warehouse processes.
  • Conduct daily equipment checks and perform basic maintenance to ensure machinery is in good working order.
  • Comply with all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent incidents and accidents.
  • Accurately track and document inventory movements.
  • Collaborate with warehouse team to meet productivity targets and deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure operations run smoothly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Machine Operator, specifically with cherry pickers, reach trucks, and forklifts.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Must be E-verified and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Fluent in English or bilingual (English and another language) for safety communication purposes.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work various shifts (4 – 10 hr days, 3 – 12 hr days, or 5 – 8 hr days) based on operational needs.

Compensation:

  • $18-19/hr, based on experience and qualifications.
