SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Product Analyst to join our Product Operations team at PRGX. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making processes and optimizing the performance of our SaaS products. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, capable of leading a team to extract actionable insights.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Product Analyst Lead will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team. Key duties include conducting analysis to derive actionable insights for product improvement, creating and maintaining reports, presenting to leadership, project management, hands on product experience, designing, and executing tests, collaborating with cross-functional teams, governance monitoring, and continuously improving processes. The role requires leadership skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, strong communication abilities, and a track record of leveraging data for informed decision-making in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.

  • Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

  • Data Driven Insights: Conduct analysis of product feedback and user behavior to identify opportunities for product improvement and optimization. Being hands on in the software will be critical to driving the direction of the product.

  • Reporting and Presentation Skills: Prepare and deliver presentations and reporting on user experience findings to cross-functional teams and leadership.

  • Testing: Design and execute tests to evaluate the impact of product changes. Analyze test results to inform product development decisions and iterate on strategies.

  • Collaboration with Product Teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and UX designer to understand product goals and objectives. Provide analytical support throughout the product development lifecycle.

  • Governance Monitoring: Identify and maintain governance best practices that extend beyond data to encompass the entire operational framework with the purpose of ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify or promote best practices to enhance the overall effectiveness of the Product Operations team and the product.

WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related discipline.

  • Proven experience (5 years) in a product analytics or client success role within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.

  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team of indirect reports.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and understanding of the product lifecycle.

  • A track record of leveraging data to drive impactful business decisions and enhance product performance.

  • High proficiency with tools like MS Suite of tools (Outlook, Excel, Visio, Project)

  • Project Management experience (2 years, PMP a plus)

  • Detail oriented, able to prioritize and organize workload to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Problem solver who takes initiative and adds value with limited supervision.

  • Confident, adaptable self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Quick learner takes responsibility and happy to help wherever needed.

  • Excellent English communication skills - written and verbal.

  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, flexible & committed with the ability to see the bigger picture and look for ways to improve the implementation process to reduce issues and decrease time required.

  • Dedication to deadlines and willingness to do whatever it takes to meet them.
