Job Title: Safety Manager

Overview:
This role as a Safety Manager offers a balanced blend of on-site and remote work, with 50% of the time spent traveling and the remaining 50% working from home. We are seeking a Safety Manager to ensure the implementation of robust safety measures and compliance with regulations. Join our team and play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of safety awareness.

Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday

Travel Requirement: Up to 50% travel

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field preferred.
• Certification in OSHA 30-Hour General Industry or equivalent.
• Experience in developing and delivering safety training programs.
• Knowledge of workers' compensation laws, EPA regulations, and safety standards.
• Strong understanding of root cause analysis techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Attend safety walks and inspections before or during projects to analyze safety risks.
• Provide training to employees on safety protocols, including first aid, CPR, and emergency response.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and develop prevention strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, near misses, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with management to implement safety improvement initiatives.
• Conduct regular safety meetings to communicate updates and address concerns.
• Stay updated with changes in safety regulations and industry best practices.

Pay: $77,440.00 - $96,000.00 per year
