Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
- Knowledge of customer analytics methods related to acquisition / retention analytics, customer loyalty / LTV analytics, journey analytics, etc.
- Utilizing ELA and algorithms including Machine/Deep learning, Multivariate Statistics (e.g., Clustering, Principal Component Analysis, Regression, Hypothesis testing and Factor Analysis), Optimization, Data Mining, Exploration, and Manipulation;
- Leveraging structured and unstructured data for solving analytical problems;
- Overseeing development and deployment of analytical solutions as part of a larger automation pipeline;
- Using of common cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS and GCP) for manipulating large data sources, model, development, and deployment;
- Managing daily operations of a global data and analytics team on client engagements, review developed models, provide feedback and assist in analysis as required;
- Collaborating with client team to understand their business problems, determine resolutions through appropriate analytical techniques, and guide engagement team’s execution;
- Explaining analytical/quantitative outcomes to internal/client teams and how those outcomes realize business value;
- Being able to structure and select the appropriate analytical techniques for the problem at hand;
- Being able to structure, write, communicate and facilitate client presentations;
- Leading business development through ongoing client relationship management and contributions to client proposals;
- Directing and collaborating with associates / senior associates through coaching, providing feedback, and guiding work performance; and,
- Participating in internal thought leadership discussions around practice growth, innovation and accelerator developments.
Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities as a team leader, emphasizing the following areas:
- Providing guidance and demonstrating fluency with SQL, Python (e.g. Scikit-Learn, Pandas, SciPy etc.), Relational storage (SQL), Non-relational storage (NoSQL); and,
- Providing guidance on capabilities and functionalities of using Alteryx, R, tools for data visualization (Tableau, PowerBI, etc), Graph databases (e.g. CosmoDB, Neo4j).
