Through acquiring a lot of experience in the domains of continuity, crisis and resilience management and leadership, we have been awarded with several international awards such as the Business Continuity Consultant and Manager of the year awards by the British Continuity Institute (BCI) and have a strong team which seeks to grow due to accelerated developments in this market. We are looking for Crisis Management and Business Continuity specialists to join the team in growing the practice. The successful candidate should have a good working knowledge of at least one of the following areas appropriate: Crisis Management Business Continuity Management Emergency planning Disaster Management Organisational resilience Cyber resilience IT Resilience (IT Disaster Recovery) What you’ll do You will have the opportunity to undertake a variety of tasks ranging from collaboration in solution development, supporting business development and at a prominent place: delivery of projects together with subject matter experts. In your day-to-day job you will guide clients in making them more resilient towards internal and external disruptions. As such, you will assist your clients in 3 distinct phases: Pre-crisis: help a client in getting prepared and having the likelihood and impact of a calamity reduced to an absolute minimum (e.g. identification of key assets, establishment of recovery measures by using BCM, organisation of crisis simulation exercises, etc). Crisis: manage and guide your client during the crisis and support the organisation’s resilience in real-life (e.g. support crisis teams, ensure adequate communication, work with recovery teams, etc). Post-crisis: evaluate to what extent the organisation’s response was appropriate and define corrective actions (where needed). You can expect varied and challenging work around all aspects of a cyber crisis, business continuity and resilience within large national and international companies in all sectors. This is also an opportunity for the candidate to contribute to shaping our offerings as we go forward and help us put our stamp on the market place. Who you are Holder of a degree in higher education 2-7 years of experience in resilience/BCM or a closely related domain of BCM / crisis management. Trained in the basic disciplines of BCM, certified as CBCI. Standards such as the ISO 22301, 22313, 31000, 27001, and BS11200 hold no secrets for you. Proactive and willing to take responsibility. Strong interpersonal, analytical and report writing skills are a given. A team player Fluent in at least English and Dutch or French.
