Express Car Wash Assistant Manager

Requirements:

• Must have managerial experience
• Mechanical background is plus
• Experience in a Leadership Role
• Strong communication skills with proven leadership experience
• Must have basic computer operating skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., stand for extended periods of time, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, twist, perform repetitive motions, and climb and work from ladders.
• Able to spend entire workday outside.
• Able to work on weekends and holidays

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service at all times and ensure customer satisfaction
• Set goals and improve the overall car wash.
• Open and close the store. Ensure day to day operations are running smoothly and safely
• Train and coach new and existing employees
• Help maintain the business’ appearance
• Address and respond to customer/employee concerns
• Help employees where needed
• Enforce company rules and procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

• Assistant manager: 1 year (Required)

• Conyers, GA 30013: Relocate before starting work (Required)
