Pride Health is seeking candidates for a Accessioner I opportunity in Overland Park, KS.
Shift– 1st Shift; 6:00am – 4:30pm
Duration– 3 months contract with possible extension
Responsibilities:
- Assists with specimen handling and accessioning.
- Prepares and sends specimens and test request to proper reference laboratory for testing.
- Releases referral test results into the computer system according to established procedures.
- Computer competency is required as well as excellent data entry skills.
Qualifications:
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Expect anywhere from 3-12 hours of overtime a week based on department needs
- Mandatory weekend rotation every 4-6 weeks, employee must work a 6–8-hour shift on either Saturday or Sunday.
- 0- 2 years of experience
- Proven ability to work well independently and within a team.
