Job Posting for Forensic Processing Tech 1 at PRIDE Health

The Science Team with Pride Healthcare is hiring a Forensic Processing Tech to support our client’s clinical lab based out of Norristown, PA! 

This is a contract opportunity with the potential for extension or conversion.
Schedule: 5a-1:30p Tu-Sa

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sort specimens by source (hair, oral fluid, urine, etc) and work list
  • Completes Data Entry
  • Understands and adheres to strict forensic practices
  • Capable of processing urine specimens for regulated and non-regulated testing independently
  • Adheres to company policies and procedures
  • Proficient with scanning/imaging all custody and control forms
  • Capable of discarding negative specimens

Qualifications: 

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Prior laboratory experience preferred

Additional Information: 

  • PHC is unable to sponsor visas now or in the future 
  • PHC is able to offer benefits after 60 days 
  • Contract W2
  • Pay: $16.50/hr
